M-Sec use cases description

EU leader: TST; JP leader: KEIO The deliverable is going to provide a full analysis of the use cases that will be covered in the M-Sec project. It will describe the different actors/stakeholders involved, the functions and conditions that need to be offered etc. UML diagrams will be provided in order to visualize the use cases.
