Report on policy formulation and liaison

As part of task 8.3, this deliverable reports on formulation of policies and establishment of relationships with decision makers through workshops and position papers about 2030 climate & energy package. Report on options for new business models based on experience and the current and possible future impact of installed geothermal under the changing market and changing policy frameworks will also be developed.
