Report on optimisation of design of HX

As part of task 4.4, this deliverable reports on the optimisation and tuning of heat exchanger to ensure no scaling formation in the HX. The optimization procedure will be based on adaptive Design-of-Experiments (DoE), meta-modelling, and global optimization via Genetic Algorithms (GA).
