Policy recommendations for the effective implementation of innovative urban area governance models

This document is the outcome of task T2.5. It will consist of a set of policy recommendations for effective strategies on multi-level and multi-stakeholder governance models, with inputs coming from the three SCALE-UP urban nodes.
