Analysis of retinal morphology and physiology in CACD patients and Prph2 mouse as a new model of CACD

Visual acuity will be measured by optomotor test (OMT). Retinal function will be measured by electroretinographic recordings (ERG). Retinal structure and its vascularization will be evaluated by optical coherence tomography (OCT) and OCT angiography (OCTA). Retinal morphology will be analyzed by different immunohistochemical stains in a cross-sectional retinal cryosections.
