Document on the MDS vehicle subsystem including subsystem definition, system-level interface identification, and methods of integration into the overall common-architecture MDS

The document will summarize the results of Tasks 4.1-4.3, including vehicle subsystem definition using the previously established system description framework (from WP2 and WP3), interface identification (subsystem-to-system with particular focus on vehicle-to-infrastructure interface), and defined methods of integration of the vehicle subsystem into the common-architecture MDS.
