Validation results for radio blackout w/o magnet

Summary
A report describes the validation of the advanced modelling tools of IRS, US and KUL/VKI with respect to radio blackout against the experimental data gathered without the magnet. A selection of simulation data and metadata will be released on a publicy available repository.
