Dataset of GaN thin films

Dataset of GaN thin films fabricated by 1) top down nanofabrication consisting of electron beam lithography and reactive ion etching using metallic hard masks, and 2) bottom up nanostructuration relying on direct semiconductor epitaxy on prepatterned substrate.
