Final classification of olive varieties according to their production and quality (M: 54; ORDP; PU).This deliverable will reflect the final results obtained and work done in T3.5 and 3.6:- Determination of valuable production traits (fruits and oil) in olive varieties- Determination of olive oil chemical composition (fatty acid and phenolic compounds). We will obtain a final classification of studied olive varieties in base of the mentioned characters (fruit shape and production, oil yield and quality).
