Re-Value M&E Model (initial version)

Initial version of the co-created M&E model based on WP1, containing established best practices, requirements, practices, and methodologies of NZC and Mission Platform. The first version includes an initial summary of the activities that will be piloted, implemented or demonstrated and the expected outputs, the schedule of each activity - start and end date, duration and the monitoring moments; and the method and indicators planned to be used to monitor the progress and measure the success of each activity.
