Report describing the process of seamlessly linking S2S forecasts to climate-sensitive disease indicators

This report will detail the methods used to obtain, format and integrate sub-seasonal and seasonal climate predictions for use in indicator models for climate-sensitive diseases. A comparison of the quality of the indicators driven by i) observed climate variables and ii) forecast climate variables at different time horizons (e.g. from 2 weeks to several months) will be included.
