Report evaluating citizen-based surveillance and pathogen sampling strategies for early warning systems

This report will describe our work combining citizen science mosquito surveillance tools with pathogen sampling. We will evaluate the extent to which citizen science data can improve strategies for pathogen sampling, and propose ways in which citizen science and pathogen sampling tools can be efficiently used in combination as part of early warning systems.
