Report describing D-framework and integrated model architecture design

Summary
The report is a detailed analysis and development need of all key aspects of the project: an inventory of public and private stakeholders, their mandate & dependency on other stakeholders, the economic indicators and target values most relevant to them and control levers directly and indirectly under their control. The information is compounded into a decision analysis logical framework based on weighted key aspects of sustainability (including the five dimensions) to allow multi-criteria decision analysis aggregation functions to be developed. The report presents a gap-analysis and development need of the sub-models. The report indicates the conclusions on integrated model architecture and the selection of pivotal variables on which to co-converge the system of sub-models. The report indicates the data-demand for historic economic data and the data required by the models to make projections. The report indicates main drivers for change and identifies key uncertainties control levers of stakeholders and background scenarios that will be the input for the development of foreground scenarios.
