Upgrated CoE Bussines Plan

Strategic planning: NFC and WKI will upgrade of CoE Business plan (from 2016) for the next 6 years. The business plan includes a strategic project plan, personnel management plan, financial plan, and sustainability plan. The business plan will be a framework for other planning documents (guides, manuals, roadmaps, programs, catalogues, specific IPR, market & business strategy and specific plans like procurement or infrastructure operation plan). WKI will assist with the project management and controlling processes that are vital for the success of the centre, coming out from the business plan and related documents.
