Project procurement management plan

A Project Procurement Management Plan will be created ensuring that investments related to engineering equipment are enforceable and linked to the budget. A schedule of detailed preparation activities includes the Survey, Site Investigation, Preparation of Design Plans, Preparation of Technical Specifications, and Preparation of Quantity and Cost Estimates. Based on that, bidding documents will be prepared to provide prospective bidders with all the necessary information. All procurements will follow the Public Procurement Act No. 343/2015.
