Summary
Human Resources Management covers the acquisition of new experts to strengthen the current capacities of the CoE in both, (i) scientific realms and (ii) the CoE Front office. For both, catalogues of requirements on the professional skills and selection criteria will be developed and applied to hire new experts.Career paths development of CoE staff will be organised and applied through Mobility & Exchange program. Mobility costs are budgeted for CoE members for participation of the CoE experts in courses, conferences and workshops; Benchmarking and networking visits; Study missions and visits (inward and outward). Procedures will be defined and implemented by the Facility desk with the support of back-office services according to GUIDE of Joint Success (employee and employer).
