The GUIDE of JOINT SUCCESS - GJS (employee and employer) will be elaborated with the aim to support structural changes leading to a modernized and more competitive R&I system. The CoE will use the expertise of the NFC (back-office services: Human resource management units, Project implementation unit, Legal department) and advanced partner to develop the behaviour stimulating innovation: Zero tolerance to faults from the CoE management; loyalty to CoE; Gender equality; Flexible work environment for the specific conditions of the CoE.GJS will include procedures for recruitment, evaluation and remuneration by EU standards and directives and measures for staff training policy, increasing qualifications and career development.
