Co-creation, combining technological and social innovation

This report will analyse and summarise the co-creation process (effectiveness and efficiency), mainly focusing on factors for a successful integration of key personnel and end users in the innovation process, and delivering a model for combined technological and social innovation in the process industry (and its transferability to other branches).
